2003 Interview
Over the past several years, my work and career as a graphic artist have become the topic of many term papers written by university design students throughout the world. After conducting several "e-mail interviews", I have decided to post some of those questions and answers for anyone who might need some information or advice about the profession. There is also a little bit about the development of the font, Papyrus.

The Logo, Font and Lettering Bible
by Leslie Cabarga
HOW Design Books.
My logo and lettering designs are featured on pages 20, 31 and 57 of this most comprehensive and fascinating volume on typography I have ever seen. It's beautifully designed, loaded with illustrations and is written in such a way that is entertaining yet informative. This is an excellent source for historical research, visual inspiration, hand lettering techniques and especially the "how-tos" of digital font creation... a must-have in any designer's library.
